"Never seen so much police activity at a single place of business Update 7 months later, surprisingly seen no police activity in a few months"

"Might I just saw the older gentleman who works there is a very nice and generous man the rest of the hotel is very dull the rooms are decent don't get me wrong but a hotel is as good as its guests and well there not great most just sit on the stairs all afternoon talking which is nothing crazy bad but makes the hotel look like an apartment building. And I know the hotel is not in a lavish area of sd tge people reflect that some look like they do some illegal activities in the hotel. Not to mention the parking isn't great while there is spots out front some people just hold spots for others and while there are only 5 spots I believe they must fight over them between the apartments next door and the one across the street ,the college, the motel and construction from a block away I know that's a inconvenient situation but if your staying don't expect private parking lots. This may be an up town hotel that's not in the best areas bit I've seen worse hotels in worse areas do better. Also the other guests are just concerning I often see police having to show up to situations just as much as the motel 6 across the street. Hopefully after seeing this the hotel manager begins to clean up and we will come back to stay. Again thank you to the older gentlemen on the first floor for being polite."
