"I drove 3 hours away to this champs and bought about $170 worth of items. Every shoe I requested they didn't have the size I was looking for (at least 5 different pair of shoes) so I decided to get slides and also shirts to go with each pair. I bought 2 pairs of slides and of course they didn't have the size I was looking for so I just got the next size up. I didn't bother looking in the boxes because that's what the employees are suppose to do. I got back home again 3 hours away and come to my surprise one of the slides were wrong. I called the next day to see what they could do for me and they said I would just have to go to the nearest Champs which is over an hour away to exchange the $35 slides. She couldn't send me a return label so I could just exchange them. I will not purchase anything from champs again"

"Friendly staff, but that's about it. Store associates need more training on operating there POS systems or policies. Also Champs online and Champs stores should be able to process the same customer requests whether their order was online or in-store. I don't think I will ever order from Champs again."
