"The women at this location are fabulous, so helpful, and kind. Come visit soon "
"This store seems to be really hit or miss, the women helping in the dressing rooms were very friendly and attentive but then when I went to check out seemed like they didn’t care if I was there or not! I think when you’re spending a couple of hundred dollars it’s not unreasonable to expect a smile when you check out!"
"I encountered friendly staff today when I came in to return something I bought online. A few months ago I was there for the same thing-different staff, MUCH different experience (last time the woman who helped was not friendly in the least). But then later this evening I got a call from the woman who helped me saying she had made a mistake on my return and the store actually owed me money. I probably wouldn’t even have noticed! Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. Much appreciated in these weird times."
"Like the previous message said, all the customer service workers seem to discriminate against minorities. I just moved here from California and would often visits multiple free people stores and I've never had the sales team have such poor attitudes. It's as if they not only dread being there but now that brown person has entered, it's the biggest inconvenience to their day. I see them indiscriminately help white people all the time however I've been there over 10 times and I've never been asked if I needed a room started or help. I've spend thousands of dollars at free people however I dread going to the store. The ambience and culture the customer service team has created makes this one of the worst free people stores I've been to. To make matters worse, I went to Anthropologie and their sales team recommended I go to free people to find the look I was going for since I couldn't find it at their store. I told them "no, I'd rather not. The sales girls there are really not nice." The Anthropologie sales person smirked and said "yeah we hear that a lot.""
"I only buy free people for the most part. I was not greeted. Was offered zero help. I felt completely dissed off. I'm an older female, senior in fact. I felt they didn't have the time for me. They made feel bad about even being there. They did give the younger girls help and support. I bought 3 items. The clerk was so rude and none engaging. Return? No. Love free people always will. This location has serious customer service issues. Went back months later, staff ignored us again. Calling corporate."
