"They went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my return and request. Holly, the manager, was AMAZING to work with. Welcoming atmosphere and extremely accommodating. Fixed a repeat issue and were very friendly. Can't recommend this store enough, thanks again to the management and staff!"

"Generally like shopping here, but I’m incredibly upset right now because google said they were open until 8pm I checked after work today so around 6. I showed up ground 7:15 to find the doors locked and a paper printout taped up saying that today (12/15) of all days they are closed at 7. They never updated on goof. I live about a half hour From Madison and came here specifically for several things my daughter asked for a Christmas gift. I manage a business’ google page and know how easy it is to update the hours. This is ridiculous. I drove an hour out of my way to a store that doesn’t care enough for its patrons to update the hours online. I don’t think we will ever be back."

"The manager was literally horrible. She reeked of alcohol and then had the nerve to accuse my friend of stealing a water bottle that she already came into the store with. Have never been to an Urban Outfitters this bad before."

"My friend and I waited 5 minutes to pay at the counter before someone said anything. They told us the register was down and to begin waiting in another line. She did this only after talking to her friend who was NOT an employee instead of helping people in line. It was easier to leave than deal with the bad service."

"So, I'm a pretty frequent shopper at Urban and I've always had a good experience. However, I came into the store yesterday and I've been eyeing a tote bag for MONTHS and waited for it to go on sale. It happened to be 50% off in the app, but not in the store. Don't get me wrong, majority of the workers are pretty chill but this one lady who looked like older, (most of the workers look like in college) but this one worker who looked maybe like a manager status?? (around 30s Im assuming) told me I couldn't get the discount because it's an app only discount. I said ok, can I place an order for pick up from the app since its on sale on the app. She said yes, but I'd need to get it for delivery.. I said oh I've done pick up 100's of times for this store, you have the bag in stock.. so can i pick it up from here? she said ok but it'll take a few hours.. and then i asked her if i can put the bag on hold to make sure nobody gets it and it was the last one. Then she doesn't even say yes, she just says "i'll leave it behind the counter" and walks away. I check hours later, and then they marked the tote bag as backordered which means it's out of stock which is not true because I literally asked to save it so I can pick it up. She was not very nice, and not very willing to assist me on getting a item I really wanted for a sale price. I would've given it a 1 star, but the rest of the workers are super nice."
