"I had an questionable experience at Lids. I was purchasing a hat that had a sticker for $10 on it and the employee wouldn't sell it to me for $10 because it came up on the system as $36. She tried to give an excuse and yet I countered with "There is a $10 sticker on it so it should be $10". Honor the price tag or not?"
"Bought a hat to get a custom word printed. Thought i could wait there (usually takes about 20 minutes). Told the guy who does it wasn’t there. Asked them if I could get it tomorrow. They said they will do their best. Tomorrow came and no call. Two days later they said their machine was down and they’ll contact me the next day. No call. Now it’s been six days and i have no idea what’s going on. Very unprofessional. Do not get a custom print there. Go elsewhere."
"Staff is usually helpful and friendly. I can usually find a clearance hat or take advantage of the buy one get one half off deal. I always buy my hats at Lids and I have quite a few. If they dont have it in the store they will see if they can order it for me also."
