"We needed to do a return here. My daughter had purchased a gift for her brother and grabbed the wrong size because the hanger said XL, but the jacket was actually a M. My daughter bought this with her own money and paid cash. We couldn't find the receipt but because she paid cash there was no record. When we went in we just wanted to even exchange it for the right size they refused even though the company policy states that you can do this as long as you have a valid ID because they track all returns. Still the person refused. I had to have the LOD come, they completed the exchange. She stated the person we first interacted with didn't know. So shouldn't that person be up here learning instead of them standing in the corner huffing and puffing that they didn't know. Train your employees better. JC Penney used to be a top notch store but it simply has gone down hill."

"With the downfall of department stores you would think the pure profit parts of the business would be what you want to keep on track. My family tried to get some simple photos done and we had an appointment. Upon arrival we were told it was going to be a 1.5 to 2 hours wait for our APPOINTMENT! I FEEL LIKE JERRY SEINFELD, you obviously don't understand the purpose of a reservation. Never going back, they could have at least called to adjust our arrival time."
