I never had customer service like this before from a clothing store and she surely made us comfortable within her presence!! I will be back to shop!!!! Thanks Angel for all your help!!!"

"Dana was very helpful. She saved us a 2 hr drive. The dress that we wanted was not in stock at the Southridge store. She found it at another store in the district and had it shipped to Southridge. The dress made arrived within 2 days. She was very prompt about notifying me that the dress had arrive although I missed her call twice. Her excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. Thank you Dana!"

"I shopped here today. The merchandise at this store is gorgeous, so no points docked for merchandise. However, customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The ladies were not helpful at all, their tone of voice is very rude, etc. I do not recommend shopping at this location because of the employees. I went to the Windsor at Brookfield mall directly after and was greeted and treated way better!"

"I actually loved this store up until today. I received the worst customer service in retail I’ve ever experienced in the store today. I had the assistant manager yelling at me in front of all customers. I asked her to give me the district manager’s phone number and she absolutely refused. I asked her name and she said she doesn’t have to tell me anything. As I walk into the store I see her leaning on the counter, nobody even acknowledges that I’m there. So I ask who is the manager she whips around and says I am an asked me do I have a problem. I politely say no…and she Proceeded to yell at me I asked her for her name and info and she refused. I literally live 10 minutes from the store and will not return because of her attitude. @Windsor please do better with hiring team members and managers. I’m very disappointed"
