"I came to the store today. The customer service was suck, they don't even help me out anything, the behavior of the manager was so rude, I don't understand how she can be a manager there lol, I have had traveled a lot and shopping is my favorite but be honest her face and her behav just so bother me. I mean not everyone in there was rude but the girl who I know she is a manager over there just shocked me so much. I want to talk to the manager but when she came over I felt like okay I don't need to talk anymore cause she is whom just makes me feel uncomfortable."
"Visted here 3 times in the past 5 days for myself and boyfriend. There was a couple people that were working that spoke but most of them didn't and the one that went to get my sizes was clearly annoyed she was there. There was at least 7 people working today yet to get shoes took forever. Customer service is at an all time low."
"The worst customer service!!! The employees never asked to help also when I asked them to help me they seemed irritated. I’m not sure why they are open."
"They sold me a pair of fake Jordan 13s I ordered a size 10.5 and gave a size 15"
"Ordered Air max 90 shoes online. Correct box arrived, but the wrong shoes were inside the box. So I went to Southridge store to return them. Waited in line for 45min, after some confusion the associate called customer service and told me, that the correct shoes would be mailed to my home. Nobody's contacted me over several days so I reached out on my own . After a few vague responses, I am still shoeless. They are now telling me I need to ship shoes back. But I've already explained 3x that I returned in store. I want a refund + will spend @ foot locker. You have lost a long time customer, I never experienced such horrible customer service"
