"This Milwaukee Mall I think it's the biggest mall that I have ever gone to so far but I've never gone to an outside of Green Bay in Milwaukee I know there's other ones that are huge they're out there I'll get out there one day so far just Milwaukee So many cool stores in it and I did not have enough money go spending through all those stores So I just walked outside the stores and looked in"

"I came into the Southridge Macy’s to buy a couple purses for my wife. Waited for 20 minutes while people were being served at a counter. When I asked, is there anybody in this department they told me to get in line and I will be serviced. The line she was directing me to was for pickups and online orders. Nowhere did it say if you want to be helped or service in the store, please get in line. Rude and ridiculous. I left the store without purchasing anything!!"

"Miguel was so down to earth, respectful, & funny during my visit there today 10/17/23. He helped me pick out some expensive yet completely worth it parfum in the beauty section. Didn’t rush me & didn’t make me feel pressured. Took his time & truly cared that I picked out what I liked. His carefulness & knowledge made the purchase today a breeze. He is truly a breath of fresh air. I hope he keeps the same energy when I visit in the future. Kudos to him."
