"Surprisingly unwelcoming. The store was empty with 2 employees and it took a while to get their attention. Once our question was asked about picking up loyalty point merchandise they were rude and gave us a number to call tomorrow instread of taking care of our question. Much better shopping experience at State Street with student employees. There was positively a great selection of items, would have probably made a purchase if the staff was not so rude."
