"Horrible on returns! I got talked in to a pair of shoes from the ladies who work there and ended up buying them for work. Wore them around for a couple hours at home to test them out for comfort and they killed my feet immediately. I went to return them and they said that I cannot due to them being worn. Yes they were for a few hours only to realize I will never wear them again as they were so uncomfortable. Still would not allow me to return or give me the sale price as they recently went on sale. There goes $150 down the drain!"

"This place was really weird, my wife and I came in to look around with our 3 year old son and this woman who works there came up to us and asked our son if he wanted to play with some toys without asking us if it was okay. When our son said yes she said come in the back with me. Again without asking either one of his parents for permission. She then took our child into the back, while my wife and I just stared at this woman in shock. She literally walked away with our child without saying a word to us. Then our child threw a fit when we had to leave because he wanted to play with the toys. Unpleasant experience."
