"We found a dress that we loved however we needed a different size which was at the Madison location. And asked to have it shipped. Well they can’t ship it to our home - only to the store. We called daily to see if the dress arrived - NO ONE answered their phone- went to voicemail - which was full- once we finally reached someone they said they’d call us back that day - never did. Tried calling again and now we are back to NO ONE answering. Absolutely a joke!!!!"
