"I went into this store yesterday to return a couple of items after standing for over 5 minutes I was asked if I could be helped? The young woman that helped me was not pleasant all. I gave her my receipt and she proceeded to snatch the items that I was returning out if the bag and box, I kinda chuckled it was 9:30am so why did she have such if a nasty attitude?? She returned the items and laid my receipt on the counter. I have worked retail before and that’s not good customer service at all I waited for her ti give me the returned receipt and asked if she could staple them together. She then snatched the receipt and made very little attempts to even readjust her attitude. I said why do you have a attitude?? She stated sarcastically I do t have a attitude. Which she clearly did. She didn’t know if I was a secret shopper or someone from the cooperate office..This is why businesses are losing customers. And employees if she was a manager I can see why it was basically no sales associates and this store looked a mess…"
