"Annette in jewelry is very rude and unpleasant. She should be released from her position for poor guest experiences. She was rude last time and even worse today. When I asked her name at the register the cashier did not seem surprised and the guest next to me mentioned she was rude to her as well. Please do something about her poor customer service. It is a great store otherwise and everyone else is always so friendly there. Annette does not fit in there!! I'm sure shes probably mean to her coworkers too. What a shame. When she is gone it is 5 stars for sure!!"

"I was (actually) looking for a dog toy, that someone told me they aquired from this store. However, I ended up not finding that, but some (really) nice clothing. I have 6 grandchildren, so believe me, saving money is a priority for myself. So after picking up 2 items for my youngest grandchild, I did end up finding a (stunning) sweater. What I was told, it was more, "top end," so the price was a bit more. I don't spend a lot of money on things. I'm a bargain shopper! The more I can save, the happier I am! Long story short, I really liked it, but didn't want to spend what they wanted. I don't usually barter for items, but the manager was really helpful & gave me 10% off it. I did end up buying it! I appreciate another individual trying to help their own business, yet (truly) trying to help out their customers! The managers discounting the sweater not only made me happy, but I'll return in the future!"

"Filthy and disorganized. Dust bunnies in the dressing rooms so big I thought they would get up and hop away. I found a bunch of stuff I wanted to try on, but the disabled stall was so cluttered with stuff that I had to give up and leave without vuying anything. 2 stars because the selection was good."

"Nice store here with pleasant workers. The aisles are clean and they have a pretty wide selection of stuff. My wife enjoys this store more than I do haha. But I’ve definitely been in worse stores so I like coming here too."
