"I stopped in a little after they opened to buy some plugs as I lost one of mine at work, the store manager seemed to be very annoyed that I was there and was extremely rude as if I was wasting her time, then once I went to the counter to pay she kept a rude monotone voice the entire time I was checking out, handed me my jewelry and mumbled have a good day, wouldn’t have wasted money there if another store that sold plugs was open"

"Like most Spencer's, it's a very good one! The establishment itself is sizable, easy to move around in and clean! Inventory is varied as all heck and cool overall, gotta love me those buy 4 get one shirt for free deals! Service was quick, polite, and chatty to boot! Aside from forgetting to take a picture, no complaints are to be had on my part, it's a good Spencer's like all of them are!!!"
"wish I caught her name but the girl that assisted me today was super nice and helpful. Wasn’t trying to sell me on anything just simply telling me about the products. Honestly everyone that worked in the store today around 2:00 (12/12) today was kind! Also very underrated store... it’s like hot topic but better. Wish y’all had some more space for all the stuff in there but that’s no ones fault lmao. Good day."
