"I booked 20+ people at the Margaritaville San Diego Gaslamp for a convention. Hotel staff was super accommodating for our guests. We also hosted a happy hour that grew way outside our headcount and the host staff did an amazing job keeping it all together. I highly recommend this property."

"I had a corner room with a view and it was amazing. I felt so comfortable and loved the wooden floors. Hotel carpets are honestly gross, so I loved how fresh and clean this hotel was. I can not wait to come back. I was so rested I woke up early and hit the gym. They have pelaton bikes, punching bag. Weights and more. Amazing location. Can not wait to come back. This will be my new go to hotel in SD."

"Rooms were nice and clean. Decent size rooms too. The bed was really comfortable. The whole hotel has a funky vibe to it that I like but with a name like margaritaville I guess it's to be expected. Service was on par for what I expected. Check in was easy. Parking is probably the only downfall. Its valet only and it's not cheap but that's my only really complaint about the place. The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to an insane amount of food and nightlife. Couldn't have picked a better location at all for this trip. Overall I really liked the stay here I wish the weather was a bit better so I could enjoy the pool and bar but it's not the hotels fault it's raining."

"Didn't stay here but the bar was excellent! There was a middle aged male bartender that was absolutely the best! Hard worker and so friendly. Provided amazing service! Drinks were great and food as well!"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. We booked this hotel because pets stay free. That was a huge bonus for us. It was well rated and the location is pretty central. Parking overnight at the hotel is $60usd/night which is quite costly on top of the cost of the stay. The rooftop hotel patio and pool was fantastic and gave a resort vibe which we enjoyed. The rooms could use a few more/better amenities: better/larger fridge, a microwave and some simple dishes in the room would be nice. Overall, we would stay again and do recommend this hotel."
