"The place looks incredible, I'm surprised it's not brand new! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room felt fresh and inviting, definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at! I will be back!"

"Have not been in a worse “hotel” in my life. Whoever the owner of this place is does not know what the word maintenance means. Here’s the list of things wrong with my room. Their idea of “renovating” the rooms is removing half of the kitchen cabinets (I mean who doesn’t love dust on their dishes), removing the closet door, and replacing half of the kitchen cabinets with newer ones. Horribly thin walls. You can hear everything next door, and they can hear everything from you. Anytime someone walked above the ceiling made creaking noises. Bad smell Extremely squeaky bed TV audio broken Broken coax panel behind TV Toilet not fully bolted to the ground Shower broken (had to hold the shower head) Handle on shower loose Annoying sensor light switches Paint overspray No closet door Stay away from this place and go anywhere else that doesn’t do the absolute bare minimum. I am shocked IGH allows this place under their name. Will never go to a Candlewood suites or IHG property ever again."

"Horrible experience. Never again. First, pick up all that horrible trash furniture in front of your hotel, that is so disgusting you should be embarrassed. The room was dirty, no heat in one of the rooms. None of the light switches worked, we had to manually turn on and off each lamp as needed. Bathrooms were so dirty, we could not take showers because the showers were too gross. This is a MOTEL, the rooms are very, very old rm118, the room had bad odors and there was graffiti on windows. Never again, Never again."

"Staff was awesome to us. They kept the room clean. We had a studio with a kitchenette. Perfect size for us. The location is pretty central to everything. The pet area is way too small. Parking was ten dollars a night per vehicle."

"I have to first thank Nancy and Indu for their kindness, their professionalism and the fact that they went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. They truly are the examples of what Customer Service means. All the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping and maintenence, they were all very friendly and that goes a long way. I've stayed here before and while I knew there were laundry facilities, I didn't know they were free of charge. I've never, in all my years of traveling, seen free laundry. This place is great!! My room was clean, roomy, full size fridge and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in San Diego. Thank you all for your exceptional service and again, a big thank you to Nancy and Indu. You both are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!!!"
