"Such a bad experience!! My colleague booked this hotel for a work trip for 3 nights and everything was paid for already. An email was sent out this morning stating that the room was ready. So she tried to check in today at 4pm and was told that no room was available and she will be placed in another hotel for the night and will need to pack again to come back for the 2nd and 3rd night. What’s even worse, the manager Cassandra was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She was not willing to pay for the other two nights for the relocation hotel and kept stating this is very normal and she has already relocated other guests, insisting that my colleague needs to come back tomorrow. Extremely bad reservation system and even worse customer service! Will absolutely not stay at this place in the future! Btw, my colleague ended up booking the InterContinental across the street for the next 3 nights."
