"I will say that this Extended Stay is by far been my best experience with any hotel and hotel staff! I work and get paid daily and sometimes my paycheck isn't always in my account as it should be. But Shawn has always been able to help me out. He is absolutely professional, and compassionate. And this applies to Michelle and Eugene also. These 3 employees have made living in one hotel or another much easier. So all my appreciation and thanks Extended Stay! You folks are the best!!!"

"It was our 1st (and Last) time staying at Extended Stay. When we checked in no one explained that if we wanted/needed anything (soap, shampoo, glasses, cups, etc) we had to ask for it. The information given to us in the ad stated they served "breakfast". After we checked in, the person behind the desk told us they have muffins & coffee between 6-9 A.M., which would be located on a very small tray across from the front desk. That is NOT breakfast. The room was not clean. THERE WAS MOLD IN THE TOILET BOWL.THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY. My husband went to the office & told them we had no glasses or cups or shampoo. That is when we were told you have to ask for those items. He asked where the ice machine was located & was told we had to make our own. There were 2 empty ice trays in the freezer. Our room was #162 on the second floor. In order to get there, we had to use stairs which were very much in need of repair & dangerous. The steps were falling apart as the spauling (steel reinforcement In the cement) has rusted & the cement has cracked because of it. NO, no, no I will not recommend Extended Stay to anyone & I will tell anyone who will listen not to stay at any Extended Stay facility"

"These rooms haven't been renovated since the 80s. There's a musty moldy smell because the carpets got too wet cleaning and didn't dry & they won't change me to another room. Staff is kind, but this is a horrible room to stay in. (Fridge, microwave, and stove are all small and not worth paying extra for.)"

"The front desk staff was extremely courteous!! The room was clean and quiet. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my choice of staying. Felt very safe being a female solo traveler."
