"Spent a lovely night here as a mini-getaway. The property was immaculate, staff were welcoming and friendly and our room was absolutely fabulous. We’re already planning our next trip here with a spa day for me and golf day for my husband! Highly recommend."
"Was here on a business trip and could not really spend time on the facilities. Will come back with the family again. The staff are very polite and helpful. Great choices of food at the bar and veranda restaurant. The golf course is maintained well."
"The standard room was about the quality of a La Quinta Inn (not to be confused with the current quality of La Quinta which is very poor) from the 1990s. The grounds were beautiful and the pool were sparkling. The property was not fully handicap accessible. There weren't any spa appointments available, therefore I cannot speak to the quality of spa experience. However, the setting where the spa was located was very lovely."
"We stayed one night at the Rancho Bernardo Inn while traveling through Southern California for a family vacation. It was great and my only regret was not staying here more than one night instead of an alternative location. The rooms were clean and the private patio was relaxing. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were very nice -- it was the best shower I had on our week-long trip (I'll be remodeling my bathroom at home to have a shower like that). Several restaurant options on-site made it easy to get food, though it was on the fancier side -- I would have appreciated a few more casual options for my family with younger kids and less than adventurous palates. Overall, though, it was a very nice place and I'd stay again if in the area."
"My wife and I chose this hotel for our wedding weekend. We spent two nights in one of the Estate Suites and could not have been happier with our choice. The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. We arrived early (around 12:30 pm) but our suite was already ready for us when we decided to check in. The suite itself was massive and gorgeous. Everything from the bed to the bathroom was super clean and tidy. The Estate Suite has an adjoining living room with a couch and separate TV in case you plan to have some guests over—it was excessive for our needs but oh well, it was still nice to have! Overall, really happy with the service and experience here. It's pricey, but we'd gladly stay here again. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the hotel restaurant, Avant, and were blown away by the friendly service and delicious food. Highly recommend giving it a try if you stay here. Lastly, they pump a perfume into the lobby that smells SO GOOD. Such a small detail, but it made entering and exiting the hotel a really pleasant experience."
