"I hate leaving bad reviews but I think some serious problems need to be addressed. As a Marriott Titanium Member, I had high expectations for this location. The staff was friendly, but the room and overall experience was dreadful. We booked a two bedroom suite, but there’s a complete lack of ventilation between the living area and bedrooms. Opening the windows helped a little but exposed us to the loud traffic from the busy street below. The curtains, ceiling, smoke detector and emergency sprinkler looked like it had blood splatter all over and the kitchen appliances were absolutely disgusting. We were looking forward to the nice free breakfast that was advertised on the Bonvoy website, but the food was prison quality - flavorless watery eggs, hockey puck sausage and fried styrofoam pellet “tater tots”. We were offered a 4PM checkout upon booking, but when confirming with the front desk they told us instead we had to check out at 2PM which was extremely inconvenient. It was the worst hotel stay I have had I. A long time. Not recommended."
