"This property is undergoing a renovation but the room I stayed in appears to have been completed. Very fresh looking, well appointed bathroom with stand-in shower and nice vanity area. The room had USB c plugs at the bed stand and on the desk. Service from the front desk worker was very much cordial, prompt, and friendly. Parking is free and plentiful for the property. There was even a lot security guard roaming the lot which made me feel more comfortable leaving my car overnight on property."

"Not impressed with the service here..stay for 6 days and there isn't any house keeping for literally 5days. Call the operator no one picks up. Left the msg on app no body reply. Internet was down for 1 night..seems like nobody in this place care. Gym has no water supply so essentially guest have to figure out on their own. Will be my last time staying here."

"Our stay, here was really disappointing. We got stuck in the elevator twice. Our keys didn’t work upon check-in and we had to go all the way back downstairs to have them fix the issue. The floor in the room was buckling. There was no hot water in the morning and then it turns out the breakfast wasn’t even included and they wanted us to buy a meal plan. We stay at Hilton hotels frequently and I’ve never come across this. You want to charge me for cereal and toast? That’s not included in the $250 a night? For me, the worst part was the bed and the laughable pillows that were so cheap and flimsy, that we actually used clothes under them. I don’t mind when there’s one or two little issues when we stay somewhere. No places is perfect but this place has way too many issues going on."

"I left an item in my room, a computer. I was in the area all day after I checked out at 7:30 in the morning. In the evening I realized my personal computer was missing and went to disable my accounts where I saw that it had connected in the afternoon. The next morning I spoke with the front desk where they "checked" with housekeeping for my computer. And sure enough housekeeping had it. So why didn't housekeeping notify the front desk who would then notify me? This is what should have happened, and I'm left speculating as to why it did not. Anyway they refuse to pay to ship it back even though I could have picked it up if the hotel had notified me when the computer first came into the possession of their staff."
