"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I absolutely would. DO NOT STAY HERE. I never write reviews, however this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Front desk girl was very rude and unprofessional. Our room heaters doesn't work and I called to front desk. Girl told me to stay 15 mins in order to turn on it heater if doesn't work after 15 mins she will change our room BUT if maintenance team doesn't find anything she going to charge me for 2nd room as well. I asked her why should I pay for 2nd room if heater is not working for room I booked after all the conversation finally we get 2nd room and heater wasn't working. I called to staff to check the heater and she came to room and very ruder to us and told us to leave the hotel. Be careful if you are booking this hotel."

"It's weird to have 3 adults check in and only have one bed. Asking for more bar soap and essentials was going through hoops. I've never had any kind of experience like this at any hotel. Maybe I'm just to 5 star resort."

"Dont come here if you have family coming to visit you. They'll house you with the long term residence ( I know because I was once long term here) and you'll get nothing but complaints and then kicked out. I'm here visiting my sis in law and she just got kicked out right now. *Also, the guy who checked my sis in an hour ago asked her out on a date and offered her a discount 1\2 off room rate if she agrees to go on a date. That's totally inappropriate and I'll bet $5 that's not the first time he's done that. Last year I Stayed here for 3 months w a friend (room 101) . Lost my phone outside parking lot and my neighbor found it and turned it in. Never got my phone back from them, they kept giving me the run around saying I had to wait for the employee who was working when it was turned in. And kept telling me to wait for manager who told me to wait for that same employee. Got nothing but redundant excuses but no phone. So I left here. Breakfast is grab n go starchy selections. One thing Ill never understand is why they leave a bowl of ketchup out when there's nothing there to eat with ketchup. It's all pastries and bread bagel croissant and packaged waffle"

"I’m giving a review on the studio with had a bedroom and living room area. There was a stove, Refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It’s close to both 237 and 880. Good for if temporary accommodations."

"I have stayed at this hotel in the past when on business and its okay, close to my clients. When I tried to book a room today the woman who answered the phone didnt identify the hotel, just said 'front desk". When I was having a hard time understanding her, I said I cant hear you let me turn up my phone - she hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back, she didnt answer. WOW - what a way to do business !!!"
