"I booked online and after paying it mentioned no hidden or added fees got there and the guy done a $100 hold and when I said that wasn’t anywhere on the site he said he would honor it if I proved that to him so I did exactly that and he changed the story and was very rude even told me to just wait so he could take care of other people behind me as my child was not happy cause it was hot in the office. Read the reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt and I’m definitely kicking myself in the rear for it."
