"I don’t ever write negative reviews but my most recent experience here was so terrible that I felt compelled to write one. If you plan on getting any rest here, then don’t bother staying at this hotel. Any sleep you hope to get will depend solely on the other guests staying next door or upstairs and when they fall asleep. Every step they take, you will not only hear but feel through the tremors reverberating down the walls. The staff’s response to the noise complaint is entirely inadequate; their strategy seems to be to wait for the other guests to fall asleep . While the front desk staff is friendly, their “niceness” doesn’t make up for their failures and incompetency. Overall, I would not stay here again nor would I ever recommend anyone to stay here. There are far better hotels in the vicinity that are built with better insulation with quality service."

"We stayed here 1 night. The lobby and outside are very pretty. We had a king room and it came with a small kitchen area. The room was quite spacious. The bed was awesome! Very comfortable and soft with fluffy pillows and a long flat pillow which I used too. The bathroom was an okay size, not much counter space. The shower was very clean, water pressure was okay not great. There was only a shampoo with creme rinse condition so my hair was still pretty tangled after washing. It also had body wash. The towels were eh, not very soft but an okay size. The breakfast was pretty good. They had someone there to cook you eggs and they also offered a lemon pastry thing (like a pancake), my husband liked it. Lots of fruit and juices too. Parking was $15 but we found a free lot nearby. We would go here again."

"Stayed here for a couple of weeks on a business trip. The rooms are very large with a fridge/freezer (uaeful when Uber eats delivered me the wrong order, ice cream!) and a microwave which I never used. The bed is obviously personally preference, but for me it was the most comfortable mattress I've ever had in a hotel. The pillows were okay too. Air con in the room was effective and not too noisy. The gym is large and the equipment all worked. Whilst I didn't use the pool, it's location in the car park is a bit strange, though there isn't really an ideal location for it. Negatives... My first couple of nights, I had children in the room next door. The sound was very loud in my room. Later in the week someone was playing music in the morning in the room next door, they either really digged loud jazz in the AM or the walls just leak sound. Fortunately my room is on the top floor (5) and facing towards the car park so there wasn't much noise from the outside. The car park was large, I had read comments about it being paid for though I was never charged. Not sure what is true here. I'll be returning to Element's on my next visit."

"The front guest person was more than helpful, the breakfast was nice for something quick. We stayed here and rode the train to the 49ers game, the train was pretty packed. Worth saving $100 if you don’t wanna park."

"Stayed here for a family Christmas gathering. The staff was great and friendly. Hotel facilities (gym, parking, coffee, and other amenities are great) Based on personal experience: Perfect if you have 4-5 persons per family per room. Our room has a kitchenette, a fridge (regular size), Dishwasher, sink, cutlery, dishes, a sofa (turns into a comfortable bed), 2 queen bed, nice size desk. Mornings, great breakfast with hot food bars that serve different types of breakfast hashes and eggs. There are a couple of nights - fun times with free wine. This is my new favorite place to be for a family stay. ."
