"Came here for a conference, and while I normally love Hilton Hotels, this one fell flat slightly because I specifically asked not to have housekeeping come when the front desk clerk asked, yet when I came back to my room, someone had been inside. When I checked out, I inquired about if housekeeping was indi ated and she said no. I told them what happened, and they said they would talk to them. The room was very clean and the shower had pretty good water pressure. Not bad, but not great. The hot water came on fairly fast, so there wasn't a lot of wasted water. The cookies and water provided for being a member is a very nice touch. The location is great if you don't have a car. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I also like the fact there are plenty of outlets to charge stuff. One thing I will mention is that the lighting situation seems very wasteful. I had to turn on 6 different lights to illuminate the entire thing. That seems like 4 lamps too many. They should consider revamping the lighting situation. The beds and linens were very good. I would recommend this hotel."

"Worst customer service I have experienced in the Bay area. Rooms simply are abandoned and not functional. Bathroom has broken sink, no towels neither, called front desk multiple times and the clerk grossly was careless as the time pass by and albeit my multiple calls after having waited more than 2 hours the front desk person ignored my request. How is that the Hilton chain may let the service to be this bad and not even training people for basic things like urging to fix omissions as delivering rooms with not even basic toiletry ot towels? There are many other better hotels near by so I will advise you to find a less troublesome place to stay."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms (no chemical air freshener smells), super fresh linnen (again, clean-smelling rather than masked with detergent scents), and such comfortable beds! The bed feels like a cloud you crawl and melt into. They also have incredible blackout curtains in the room. Includes a cute little kitchenette too. All in all, a solid 5 out of 5! Ps- I just noticed that the photos & videos were sideways, so I added them again right side up if you'd like to see them properly."
