"Apartments in a good neighborhood. Shopping nearby, food,deli, grocery,nails,schools,etc. Currently finishing up remodeling executive suites into 1brm apartment's with full bath and kitchen. Has security and management on site. Visitors and guests check in and out so it seems secure. Pets friendly, bbq area, laundry on site. Pool is under construction possibly changing to a park, area to lock up bikes. Great way revamp to add much need affordable housing options in bayarea."
