E-Z 8 Motel Newark/Fremont

"Stayed at the hotel. About three weeks after someone used card at a storage unit in San Jose. Two charges for 50 dollars. After speaking to the storage facility they said a Linsey Anne Mathews had used the card. It took one google search to get the picture of the front desk attendant who also is the thief. Authorities are handling it now. The stay was really bad by the way."

"Hotel is absolutely filthy. Roach infestation. Holes in walls. Walls that are covered in dirt and god knows what else. Bathroom facility is disgusting. They should be shut down by the health department."

"Cool price but the rooms need a lot of TLC. Fresh paint it's cold now so warmer bedding extra pillows and upgraded bathrooms. I don't know who thought of painting the tub. shampoo the floors. Bad lighting smell light urine. No phones in the room need more outlets."

"Have stayed at the hotel previously. Wasn't the best but this time around we were located and had cockroach galore. When we complained about it they gave us another room across the parking lot so we went to check it out first and as soon as we turned on the light to the restroom we saw cockroaches again. This time when we went back and told Lisa about it she got frustrated with us, like we should be ok with them and said "well I can't keep changing ur room" and I said "ok I'll take pics to show u if we see any more." This time she gave us a room in the back back and was stopped abruptly by a gentleman that was in the room, saying that's an upgraded room and costed more!!! After our discussion and checking the room out, it was safe to say no bugs were in there but I couldn't tell there was any upgrade, holes in the floor, can clearly see outside the door when the door is closed, and the lighting all wack from the second u turn on the lights. So even tho this won't shut em down or even have them fix those issues, cause it won't. The first room we had the bugs in was alr remade and ready for some unsuspecting person to rent it.. This is more of a warning to check for bugs especially if ur in the same building as the office....oh and they have audio and video recording throughout the property...."
