"New to the complex but I have to say, I’m extremely happy of how well the property is maintained and with the staff’s pleasant attitudes. Everyone who I’ve spoken with here are eager to resolve move in issues of mine and answer all of my questions. Rarely do I see this from businesses now a days. Very professional. The unit in which I moved into is awesome! The maintenance team does great work keeping up with repairs and takes pride of their job here. You can easily see it. From all the other apartments complexes that I walked through during my hunt for a new apartment, you’d be surprised how many of them were messy repairs from the maintenance team which ultimately became deal breakers for me. Not here at Sycamore Bay though. Thank you Phil and the entire staff for a wonderful welcome here at Sycamore Bay! I’m excited to be your new neighbor!"
