"I’m really glad I was led to Alderwood Park Apartments! The previous manager, Horacio, was great and he was replaced with Greg, the current manager, who’s also awesome and has been very kind to my husband and I: he is always on top of everything and readily available when I needed him; he is super nice, which I greatly appreciate, since other property managers aren’t a delight. I’ve been here over a year and it’s a decent place with no cockroaches, no smells, and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. They know what they’re doing here! I’m really thankful to be here :)"

"This is a hidden gem! Amazing resident manager - Horacio! Very helpful maintenance guy - Paris. Always responsive. I moved in Aug 20' and moved out July 21'. I moved out only because I wanted to move to different city. Pros: -New appliances (in select appts atleast) -Friendly neighbors -Affordable rent and value for money (pool, on-site laundry, promotions) -Close to Lucid/Facebook/Amazon/Starbucks/Safeway -Friendly resident manager - cant say more amazing things about Horacio! Cons: -Nothing particular to the community itself, just that there is nothing nearby in terms of good restaurants. You'll end somewhere in Fremont/Milpitas/Union City if you're looking for good restaurants. But flipside is Doordash/UberEats delivers."

I loved the area.. it is safe but all my dissatisfaction is pointed to the apt office.. i dont want to name anyone but she is very unpleasant to deal with and a very RUDE person. Even though it is an older apartment their maintenance is good because of dwayne.. he is hardworking professional.. my stay would have been better if i didnt have to deal with that one person in apt office.."
