"Terrible experience. I bought a frozen food item for $5 and when I opened it at home that evening it was clearly spoiled. I returned the next day with it and asked for my money back. The cashier named Nargis refused. She said I waited too long to return it, which was less than 24 hours. Then she tried to claim they did not sell that item. She was extremely rude. She never gave me my money back. She never tried to be nice or listen politely. Awful customer service."

"OVERStocked Store. Need More Help on Cashiers assisting Phone Calls and really trying to answer them. Leaving it ringing for a long period of time. No comment on how they can answer my question about why they did not answer for multiple times I have been calling. Not Sure what to say and does not know how to be patient with giving the opportunity to speak. Customers have an explanation for everything they open about every purchase or general question there is to any employee or Manager. Rating would be a zero 0. Not even close to the 1 Star rating when they can be uncomplying given attitude."

"I can literally spend hours in a dollar tree store & love their vast array of assorted nic-nacks. I do however try to not go unless I absolutely have or need to grab something last minute because I swear I go planning on only grabbing a couple of things & an hour or 2 later walk out w/2 bags full of stuff so definitely have a love & hate shopping dilemma to say the least."

"A little messy, especially in the stationary isle. But it’s understandable, the store is currently under staffed. Pro tip: buy batteries at your own risk. They seem to run out extremely quick in comparison to normal brand names. I bought some AA for a flash light, it stopped working after a week (of light use). Normal Duracell can last me 6 months with similar use."
