"Unprofessional, I called to ask if im able to place an order under my name and have someone else pick up for me since they drove 3 hours from Chicago. I specifically asked for the shoe that was in stock online and the girl I spoke with said they did have it. So I placed the order , got my confirmation number. They charged me, and turns out I get there my order got canceled and they claimed it as “fraud”. Then they want to say they didn’t have the shoe, so why so quick to charge my card. they definitely don’t know how to run a business. I called my bank and they said that transaction wasn’t even flagged as fraud so they did take my money! Definitely disputing this with my bank for my REFUND! Don’t waste your time here"

"Staff is decent and will answer questions. But they hardly ever stock larger sizes. And what they do have, along with all of their shoes is way over most resell prices. They'll say you're paying for convenience, but the reality is there's no shoe worth paying an extra hundred dollars just to have them right now. If you buy from them you're being fleeced."
