"Great customer service, I love the worker who help me - the store were clean and neat where it was easy to find shoes. They help my grandma 82 years old to put shoes on they does above and beyond. I will recommend this store to everyone."

"We got there I believe it was on the 24th looking for a pair of shoes that are probably waiting too long to get. We got there at about 5 after 10 the door were still closed andlocked there was a pretty rancid smell coming from inside it was obvious that people from the night before did not clean paper garbage shoes all over the floor we walked around the mall a little bit more came back the doors were open people were in there They had picked up a few other items but I was still kind of nasty we did not buy shoes when you had shoes for me my wife and we were going to buy 2 pairs for our kids since we were there We ended up going to shoot carnival find what we needed I would have preferred to have stayed at on court because we were there"

"Absolutely love this store. Always has friendly helpful staff that doesn't hover over you. Very big verity for we everyone. I barely can ever walk out of that store with out a pair of shoes for at least some one in my family. Has a back area where they have all kinds of clearance items and they are reasonably priced wether the shoe is on sale or not. I've bought well over 10 pairs of shoes from here. Never had a problem with any of the pairs I had. One time my hubby noticed a scuff on one of the shoes during check out, the girl working the cash register and when he pointed it out she with no issue offered to go see if they had another in my size in back. Lucky they did. She even said when she came back that if she was spending money in a pair of Timberland's that she wouldn't of wanted the scuff either. Always a pleasant time going."

"Mixed experience here. Great shoes for great prices, but man did they fall apart fast. I had my shoes for maybe 3 months and I work at an office where I sit all day. So they don't all stand up to snuff, when I emailed the company about returns they said I should bring it back and return it, but when I arrived they would not look up my transaction or take my bank statement purchase as proof so I was not able to refund. So just make sure to keep your receipt after purchasing from here."

"Now they greet us and are very helpful. Their prices are highly competitive. But their mid sizes in womens' 8, 8 1/2, 9 medium and wide sell out quickly, right after new shipments arrive. They will try to order them for you online, but there is a delivery fee. So if you don't know when new shipments arrive, you may not find your size, unless you wear size 6, 7, 10 or 11 in medium width."
