"Needs better customers service I was exchanging two outfits for my baby girl she could not fit newborn anymore she had outgrown that size never worn tags still on them But when I was exchanging them with Alison I guess she did not analyze them enough and accuse me of not returning the bottoms that was with it she called it a real weird name i’m just gonna call them bottoms. She says ”I cannot do a return for this one because it’s missing the bottoms" So I asked her “so show me on the one I’m trying to exchange it with show me what this item is missing” then she goes and say “oh I see them they’re on the little hooks you have them hooked on there" Well that’s how I bought it so of course they’re going to be exactly how I bought them it looked the exact same with the one I was exchanging it with I had not even touched those outfits they were hanging up in the closet and why would I keep some bottoms that my baby cannot fit like I’m stealing or trying to pull a fast one on the store I am not a thief thank you very much Allison do better and look a little closer open your eyes before you get to saying something is missing but other than that I loved the outfits that I bought my baby I just Hate exchanging things with them now."

"My first time shopping for my granddaughter at this store, and I love it. The associates that worked there were friendly and always asking if we were finding what we needed. They explain how I can get points when I buy items. The store was clean and easy to move around in"

"We love Carter's! It's the only place we get our children's clothes from. They offer quality clothes at great prices. We are members of their rewards program and they're always offering money saving coupons and we get points back for every dollar we spend. What we love most is that the clothes really hold up to the abuse our active little tomboy dishes out!"

"They have a huge selection of clothes. Constant promotions all the time. I do get an excessive amount of marketing emails from Carter's & OshKosh. I would say at least 4-8 everyday depending on the day. But, at least you know they have lots of deals and they send additional coupons in the emails. Usually with 15-20% off on top of the other ongoing promotions. If you are looking for something in particular, I'm sure you will find it here..they have everything. My interaction with the staff was limited to checkout, so I can't really comment on that aspect."

"I'm in love with the Carter's brand, but after the service I received at the Carters Mayfair Collection, I can say that I will not be returning. I was appalled by the service I received. I was very excited to go to this location for the first time this past Sunday. I arrived at the store shortly before 7:00 PM, not realizing that the store was closing in a few minutes. From the moment we walked in, the poor attitude of two of the staff members was immediately apparent. We were not greeted in a friendly manner, but we were glared at. This is not an exaggeration on my part. I was there with a friend and we both were aware of the attitude of the staff and felt very uncomfortable. We didn't know the store was closing soon, so we had no idea why we were being so poorly treated. After we had been browsing a few minutes, a male employee named Bryan approached us and, clearly annoyed, asked if he could help us find anything. I said no and thanked him, but he continued to stand near by and watch us shop. Bryan's poor attitude and the fact that he was constantly staring at us made me so uncomfortable that I thought perhaps he was afraid we were trying to steal something. I finally asked him if there was a problem. His tone was clearly one of annoyance as he replied, "Ummmm, well we did close at 7:00." It's hard to express tone in a written review, but I can assure you that his tone was on the verge of disdain. I can understand how frustrating it must be when a customer walks in right before closing time, but as an employee, you should keep your frustration to yourself. However, I was very apologetic to Bryan and explained that we had not realized the store had closed. Bryan did not even acknowledged my apologies. I already had several garments in my hand for purchase, so I asked Bryan if I could still purchase the items or if he needed me put them back. Again, Bryan's annoyance was apparent as he replied, "Our registers are on a timed lock, so they lock at 7:25." I silently made my way to the register, made my purchase, and left. We walked out the door about 7:15 by the way. I was furious that a botique employee, especially one that caters to mothers and children, could be so rude. I made up my mind to call the store the next day and talk to a manager. When I called, the manager was dismissive and rude as well. Honestly, I would not be writing this review if I had received better customer service from the manager, but the fact that I received poor service from her as well is what pushed me over the edge. Despite my love for the Carter’s brand, I can honestly say that nothing would induce me to return to this location. I’m really disappointed that I did not have a better experience shopping at the Carter’s Mayfair Collection."
