"I went into this location today to return some adidas i had purchased the day before . I was helped by a young Latina manager who asked me if i had worn the shoes and i said i walked around my house in then she said she couldn’t take them back bc they were worn . I never wore the shoes out . I tried them on and walked to the room my husband was in (our finished garage ) to show him the shoe . She said that bc i walked into my garage i couldn’t return them. I took the shoes to the southridge location where i returned them with no problem . I even explained to him what happened at Mayfair and he said that she was tripping . The customer service sucks and i won’t be returning . They lost a sale too bc i was originally going to exchange them for a different shoe that was more expensive. Southridge will be getting my business."

"Absolutely disgusted with the service at this place!! My daughter and I came here last Saturday to try on and buy some new shoes. Waited for about 25-30mins in line while I was being ignored and looked past. It seemed to be a completely racial thing. My daughter and I being white were being ignored like we weren’t even there while other families were being let ahead of us and serviced who were African American. I didn’t jump to conclusions at first but as time went on and seen people who came into the store and in line after me and being helped first it became clear as day. Pretty disgusting that my 12 year old daughter had to experience such a thing while just trying to buy some new shoes for her birthday. SMH!!"

"The instore service was great. I purchased my husband a pair of shoes. They had to order my pair but said they were in stock. When they failed to send me an email confirmation, I called, and they told me my shipment was still on schedule. The next day, I received an email stating they did not have my shoes and would be issuing a refund. This was disappointing and frustrating."

"Don't buy from this place. If you have a problem they will not help you. I bought shoes instore to be delivered. Paid instore. The shoes never came and nobody will even answer the phone. I've called literally 50 times in the last week. They have not answered once. I feel like they stole from me. I guess I'll just draw a picture of the shoes and put it under the Christmas tree..."

"This Saturday afternoon my family and I went into JD SPORTS mind you we never purchased from here before or even considered purchasing from JD the lady with the hot pink hair was very rude and stressed granted it is a Saturday so I get that I used to work for retail as well I even let that be known I first checked out the shoes because I know shoes never come out perfect due to manufacturing reasons which I do understand our original shoes had to be put to the side due payment online card numbers which JD could not input which I also understand with that being said we were also barley helped out with an African American younger with a little wavy head he was wearing Cartier glasses, adidas, neon green with suede Air Jordan 6s I first asked if you guys have another pair of 11s he found a nice pair I was willing to purchase when my family got the online payment method figured out I asked to see the shoes again I was very polite the staff was unfortunately not when I asked the skinny Cartier glasses wearing fellow so you guys don’t have anymore 4.5 Air Jordan 11s gratitude ones his reply was “we good” which I do not know what that means because it look like they sold the shoes we originally had our ticket in from the front door either grabbed/purchased to someone else with that being said horrible, terrible customer service and I can tell a little bit of racial profiling or just don’t care I will not be shopping with JD SPORTS not mention this is taking couple-few hours with no respect from no one"
