"Store was very busy before football game. Two different employees said hi and asked if I needed help. Wife could not find a particular top and associate (Brooke?) Went in back and found it for her. Long line at checkout, but the five cashiers kept it moving. Sue checked us out. Pleasant, upbeat, very helpful with the Kohl's cash , percentage off, brochures. A very nice experience at the store."

"Came in to look at a few things for my 2 year old son. Tried to pick a good buggy/cart to push him in and 95% of them have messed up wheels or you can't push em. Looks to be the same ones in use for the last 20+ years. You'd think with the outrageous prices they could reinvest into the store where it counts. Now that we found some items to buy, it's on to the registers to check out. FORGET THAT, there's 2 open in front and a line as long as you would see in black Friday. Went to check out the customer service line and it was the same story.Left all our items in the janky cart and walked out. I saw countless employees walking around that appeared to be doing nothing. I'd second guess your idea to stop in here unless you've got time."
