Circle K

"Bought a car wash at the pump. Pulled around the back and car wash was broke. Went inside and told cashier that I bought this car wash and not from the area. (cashier said you have 30 days to use it) again not from the area. Cashier told me to contact corporate headquarters. Called and they gave me 3 different codes which did not work at any station. Called again and told me to contact the store, again don't live there. Long story short I get ripped off with bad customer service."

"DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH! I received the free car wash coupon in the mail and went through, thinking it would be a great option. I noticed that my inside of my car windshield was cracked in three separate places. I am overly disappointed in the carwash itself and the customer service from Circle K. I inquired about the issue earlier this week requesting a response and I have not heard back. My estimate to replace my windshield is over 1400 dollars! Unless, you want to pay thousands of dollars due damage on the carwash STAY AWAY! I will take business to Kwik Trip where their customer service team replies in a timely manner."
