"Ordered on app and had accidentally clicked on counter pick up. Drive through would not assist was told we had to park and go inside because there were other customers. Nobody else was in drive through behind us at 4pm."

"They took forever to take my order at the drive thru and acted like he didn’t know what I was asking for. When I got my food the order was wrong and they refused to remake it. Terrible customer service and the man with the glasses at the drive thru you ruined my day."

"Does anybody speak English or know how to include a straw with a drink?"

"I wouldn’t eat here again. i stopped by for a quick lunch and this is what my burgers looked like. they tasted as bad as they looked. i would have complained but i ordered to go and was a bit away from the store when i noticed my burgers."

"I like this location only because as a delivery driver it's right there on my route. Only reason I don't like this location is because from what I have noticed their customer service is lacking. Last time I walked in there there was a customer complaining that they would not give him his sauces that he wanted with his chicken. I have never had a McDonald's complain about extra sauces. I understand those costs money but on the other hand They are 30 cent sauces just given the sauces and up your customer service. I remember back when the sauces were just all sitting out and you could grab as many as you wanted. This is the only reason why I have a problem. Otherwise they're pretty decent."
