"Came to this store last night. I've been trying to get a tshirt this place sells for months now but they never have my size. I finally found the tshirt in the size that I need at this location. I was super excited to get it finally, only to have the cash register not work at time of my visit. Unfortunately, I no longer carry cash on me most places, and really only have access to my debit card. Ashley Brown was the associate working at the time of my visit and I cannot thank her enough for her amazing customer service. I know how stressful it can be to have technology mess up at an important time but she handled it very well. I expected nothing short of her just telling me I have to come back but she really made me feel welcome. This is the first thing i've ever purchased from ragstock, and I do plan on coming back often as it is very rare to see customer service like this these days. To the management - keep promoting and encouraging your employees to provide this tier of customer service. It definitely has not gone unnoticed. I showed up to work this morning for my meeting still excited about my experience with Ashley and your store. I mentioned the event in our meeting and my coworkers were all amazed at the type of customer service provided to me."
