"I honestly love forvever 21 for basics but the store was a mess with clothing all over the floor. Hard to find what i was lookin for. When i did find help (considering there was no one on the sales floor) the worker a lady with a wig/braids was super nasty, dry and rude as if she didn't care if i purchased or not. I'll just shop online going forward!!"

"Cheap, yet fun young type wear. I mean, if you are 21 and on a budget I'm sure it works. I picked up some items and could imagine crates from China dumping in this store. Men's clothing options are very limited. I was hoping to find something to make me feel 21, but I felt like I was 40 instead."

"I normally love going to the store however this time I went, it could have been better. There we no sales and the employees were not very welcoming. When I was checking out, the cashier talked to me with an attitude, played with my money for several minutes, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Also didn’t tell me where she put my receipt and when I looked confused, she told me where it was as if I was a child. Very disappointing. I expect better from this store!"
