"Awfully cold employees give more reason to appreciate online shopping! After their team confidently gave me the wrong order after I questioned the item, the receipt, and expressed that I hadn't paid, they sent me on my way questioning what I had picked up because I was told the name on the bag was the closest to what I had said which was laughable and I naively believed them. Sure enough, I ended up driving an hour to bring it back and pick up the correct order. No apology. And the best part was walking back into the store with the wrong item and all three of their staff members (same ones I worked with earlier in the day) looked at me and continued their conversation without a greeting; it took several minutes of standing in front of their counter to even be hesitantly acknowledged. If my sister wasn't so happy with her new shirt, I'd continue, but I certainly will not be returning and my sister will shop online from now on. For what Anne Taylor is charging for their clothing, they should spend some of that money on hospitality courses for their employees, or pay a better wage for better people."

"The manager Sophia nucklos was so incredibly rude. Her attitude was horrible and she kept lying about being able to help me with my online order. She took my receipt to the back and made me wait for over 7 minutes only to tell me she couldn't do anything for me. I will never be shopping here again as the staff at this location is incompetent, Ann Taylor's customer service in store and online is the worst out of all the retail chains out there."
