"Not company that I would recommend to anyone. As they are unorganized and unprofessional. They overpromise and under deliver. As soon as you pay, they stop contacting you and give a million excuses as to why they cannot come out . We ordered a wood stove and gas fireplace. Once we finally got them out here to install our wood stove, the work performed was very poor and is still unfinished. They never informed us that they would be digging below grade, now we are left with a mess. There was plenty of room to do this project correctly. They have not made an attempt to correct this mess in weeks."

"Don't place your trust in the owner of this company. He makes empty promises, doesn't provide updates, refuses to own any responsibility in service delays and communication breakdowns. He does not seem to care if a customer is satisfied and has no concern when a project isn't complete. Installation of my fireplace was not according to manufacturer directions (wood used for frame instead of metal). Left my blower disconnected and said his job was done. My husband had to reach out to the subcontractor himself to get the work done and then had to push to get the subcontractor paid. We ended up paying about 500 more than expected because he short paid the subcontractor. If the owner denies or tries to shift blame after reading this review (as he has done to others who left honest and unflattering reviews) we have several email communications asking for updates, completion, and payment to the people he hired for the job and we are willing to share.Also, the job was finally completed in January after receiving a promise that it would be done by mid September, then October, then Thanksgiving, then before Christmas. I am writing this review several months after dealing with him because I am still shocked by his behavior and lack of customer service."
