"I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a MUST! Customer service like this does not exist anymore. Like all busy parents on a tight schedule (and being a last minute to scramble kind of mom). My daughter needed her costume early for a school event and I did not have time to order or run out of town to get a costume to her choosing. We picked one out the night before and I selected next day delivery? What is this sorcery ?! I figured it was too good to be true. But, also figured I could blame party city when it didn’t arrive by the next morning and survive the wrath of my 7yr old haha. Scheduled Delivery between 10am and 12pm to be delivered to my office. At 11:30 I received a phone call from party city letting me know the Uber driver could not find my building. And that the manager should be arriving in about 10- 20 mins to personally delivery it and we’re sorry it may be a little late. I did not get to personally thank the manager, as I let them know they could leave it with my doorman in the front lobby. But THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You are a Halloween hero and saved the day!"
