I texted with the owner to set up a time for Lugg to make the delivery to San Francisco. I was able to get it done same-day. I was a bit confused and skeptical of the quality at first. But the sofa I received was clearly brand new and incredibly discounted from the West Elm list price. This is a very good business, and if you find the piece that you're looking for, you should definitely buy it from Castle and Chair."
"Very happy with Castle and Chair. I found the shop because I loved a bookcase from West Elm, but it was very expensive and it would have taken 2 months for delivery. Through craigslist, I found the same thing at Castle and Chair with hardly a blemish, less money, and could be delivered right away.
