"The washer I got was over filling and not agitating. I Stopped by and the guy said someone will come over and take a look at it. He came exactly when he said he would & he Fixed it within two minutes . No more overfilling and it agitated now. I asked why all the bad reviews. He explained that he has a second job and he’s not always at the store. So call his cell number that he gives you after he installs/ delivers the appliance. Not the store! He’s actually a cool guy. I’m happy ."

"So I call around for a dryer switch ...everyone kept telling me to go to 162nd... they didn't have the part in stocks either...so I called jerrys..the man on the phone asked me if I had a gas or electric dryer I said electric and he says yeah we have them...when I get to the spot Jerry isn't there a man tells me they don't sell parts just washers and dryers...well cool the owner just said u did! He calls Jerry....long story short Jerry wasted my time. Maybe ready to retire? Sounded real old on the phone and the man I was talking to I could barely tell if he understood what I was saying ..lord knows I could barely understand him.."

"I told Jerry that I'd give him a review after he repaired our washer, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My washer quit working the weekend before Memorial day, wouldn't pump out the water after washing. So, with the holiday coming, my fiance decided to hit the "big box" stores to see what we could find, as our landlord told us the unit wasn't part of our apartment (a previous tenant left it there). I won't go into the lack of help there, that's for another review. Unable to find anything that would fit in our space, I decided to look for used appliances/repairs, and am I glad I did! I stopped in, and there was a unit that was an upgraded version of the one we have; only $500! Unfortunately, our apartment is only wired for 110, not 220 like most appliances these days. Told Jerry what the problem was with our machine, and set up an appointment for this morning. He called to let me know he was on his way, and showed up 15 minutes later, wearing a mask (which I really appreciated) and took a look at our machine. He found the problem in about 5 minutes (broken switch), and said he'd have to get the part as he didn't have one with him. He left and was back in about half an hour, replaced the switch, and even moved the unit back inside and hooked it back up for me (my fiance had moved it outside, thinking we'd be able to replace it immediately). I tipped him generously and am beyond grateful for his help. I will definitely call him if I have any appliance needs in the future."
