"Thee ABSOLUTELY worst customer service ever....I haven't even shopped there before and had a few questions,that could never be answered. The manager apparently seems to be the only one working in the store (literally) and she's unprofessional AF.. No wonder as to why you see little to none of these establishments. I say run from this place..."
"Apparently the store is called rent a center for no reason. You can’t rent from this center anything. One guy here told me that I can rent for our NPO and when I called after few weeks they said they do not rent anymore!!! The rent to own. I don’t get it now a days you can buy anything and pay in installments if required so why we need this? This place is shady."
"Called about my account and the customer service lady who answered the telephone was very rude and disrespectful and she claimed at first she wasn't a manager then after i asked to speak with the manager she stated the manager will not be in until next week then she got smart mouth over the phone and stated she was the manager and all the other employees that I have spoken with are very understanding and never once stated if I miss another payment that my items will be picked up for the record I'm only 1 week behind i pay every week and that's not enough time or money that's missed for my items to be picked up from my home and she is very rude and I will continue to press the issue until she gets some retrained customer service and apologize to me and never be rude again to a rent a center customer, if she is a representation of the company she needs to be fired fast I've in counted her more than once contacting me and each time she's rude and speaks fast and demands the payments right then and never let the customer speak she tries this scare tactic on customers and it's very unnecessary if I have to contact a higher authority over rent a center just to get her some understanding about how to go about communicating with a customer or to retrieve any funds from a customer over the phone I will do that and I will continue to write a review until I'm satisfied about this situation."
"Vivi & Steven are so professional, friendly & pleasant to work it. They took the time to explain my options. There was no rush. They made the process simple and painless. Their customer service is beyond 5 STARS!!!!! I will make sure to refer the Hayward location and share my experience with everyone!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!"
