"I went to this Home Depot to buy a Ring Floodlight Camera. They keep them in a locked cabinet so I had a cashier retrieve it for me. After getting home to install the security floodlight I open the box only to find an old light that someone had returned in the Ring box. They need to tighten up on their return policy and not restock defective or bogus items back on the shelf. I was out of a lot of time and Home Depot returned my money. In the end we were both victims."

"Do not shop at this scam store. They are towing their own customers as soon as you leave your vehicle. Specialty towing is in cahoots with them to illegally tow your car and charges 400 dollars or more to get your car back. It is illegal to tow within an hour and they are doing it immediately upon leaving your vehicle. It is illegal to charge more than your local police would charge and the companies the police use charge 90 or 225 depending on which company came. They have a look out in the parking lot to immediately tow your car. My disabled husband parked at the curbside pickup spot and had problems with the app so he went inside to buy a tarp and came out 20 minutes later to no car. Walked in rain without his cane (left in the car) to be charged $415 to get our car back. This all happened within an hour. Home Depot manager lied and said the parking lot is the airports parking lot. Tow guy said they contract with Home Depot. Shame on these people stealing from their own customers. We have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot and this is what we get for being loyal. We returned the tarp on principle. Never again will we spend a penny with Home Depot. Pathetic, a special place in hell awaits the owner of this store."
