"Booked this room by complete accident, when coming into town. Decided to just go with it, Arrived and the service was fine, our room not so much. Arrived to find hair in the shower (not ours) hair on the towels (also not ours) the toilet seat does not fit the toilet and the bed is rock hard. Lumpy and springy. Definitely not the good nights sleep I was hoping for. Good morning back pain"
