"12/21/2021 - First, please make an appointment ahead that would be more efficient! When you arrive at lobby please let reception know you need to go to 2nd floor and receptionist will open the elevator for you. Few things for reference : 1. Cash only for any applications. 2. The office provides copy and print for free of charge. 3. The office assist USPS mailing if you need to mail the document to Taiwan. It’s around $68 to mail the document to Taiwan. 4. There are two parking lots nearby - one is Hilton’s garage and the other is SFMTA - Portsmouth Square Plaza Garage. They both charge $4 for 1 hour. 5. Office has restroom. 6. Not sure if they accepted Walk-in or not! Please make an appointment as possible as you can."
