"I was referred to Visa Network from another passport company in another state. The passport company indicated Visa Network had the fastest turn around for receiving a passport in the country. Visa Network promised me my passport in 3 days and they delivered in 3 days. I highly recommend Visa Network for anyone seeking a passport."
"Needed a quick turn around on renewing my passport for a trip to South America and Marcus' team came though for me within days. Always professional, knowledgeable, and customer service focused."
"Planned a trip for my family over the holidays and my dad realized his passport had expired! With a little over a week before our flight, I was able to contact Marcus through Yelp over the weekend (off business hours) and he gave me information and even his number to contact. Monday came and with no appointments available at the federal agency, I gave Marcus a call and he was able to move another client to fit us in since our deadline was approaching fast. He was easy to speak with over the phone and explained the entire process. They allowed my dad to come in and ask all the questions he needed to feel comfortable with their service as well. 48hours later, just before the Christmas holidays (and fed agency shutdown), they called me to inform they've received the passport! They included the federal agency receipts, and gave us back all our documents. I cannot thank them enough for saving our trip, since its the first out-of-country vacation my family has taken together since 2014. Amazing service!"
"Fast and easy, they even fixed my application for a 3-month single entry Chinese tourist visa and got me a multiple entry 10 year visa for no extra cost. A little bit expensive, but way cheaper than flying to SF with hotel fees, et al. Would recommend. My experience was Visa cost $140 (to Chinese consulate), VN cost ~$125 (total with shipping), but I let them handle the shipping back to me which was FedEx 1 day and I'm OK with that. You might be able to save a little bit if you pre-pay for a shipping label, but I didn't want to take any personal liability on that one. I got my 10 year Chinese visa when I applied for a three month single-entry visa in less than two weeks, so, rock and roll. They are responsive with email and if I had an emergency OH MY GOD I NEED TO BE IN CHINA TOMORROW I bet they could pull it off (no warranties on that one, though they would do whatever they could to make it happen)."
"I cannot say how appreciative I am of George and his team. I needed a passport renewal and visa in 2 days, they came through with flying colors. George met me at SFO airport to drop off my passport to me during a small layover. When my incoming flight was delayed he talked to United to let them know I was coming and would be late then picked me up and drove me to the international terminal so I could make my flight. These guys are top notch, I would recommend them to anyone! Its so hard to find someone who cares for a customer like visa network does. I am beyond impressed."
